Please read these terms and conditions before you purchase any item or service from Alchemy Media Marketing. Please read carefully the description of the product/service before proceeding with payment. Payment will have to be made in advance for the products and services.

1. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned that the product or service listed in Alchemy Media Marketing (Merchant) has the manufacturer’s warranty, all products listed herein under the website of Alchemy Media Marketing carry no warranty implied or otherwise.
2. Most of the products listed here have been imported from various manufacturers from abroad and returning the products or claiming warranty from the manufacturers is not possible.
3. Electronic products DO NOT carry any warranty at any point. And electronics items shall not be returned.
4. If the products have to be returned, they have to be in their original package with all supplied accessories in their original condition. The returnable products should be sent to Alchemy Media Marketing with their original sealed box. The buyer should bear the cost of return package. If the product package has been opened, refund will not be provided.
5. The refund, if applicable, at the discretion of the Merchant, will be made after inspection of the returned material by the merchant within a reasonable period of 15 working days.
6. The courier charges and bank charges if any will not be returned at any stage.
7. In no event, the Alchemy Media Marketing shall be liable for any loss, damages, compensation whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use of the material or service supplied.
8. If you disagree to any of the above mentioned points, do NOT use this site or buy from this Merchant.
9. The use of this site or the products listed here are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned here and elsewhere in this site. The user/buyer accepts the terms and conditions expressly mentioned here when they buy from this site or use this site. By accessing this Site the visitor automatically confirms his/her acknowledgment & acceptance of these Terms & Conditions/ Return Policy which is the agreement between the parties.
10. In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, only the civil courts at Chennai City, India shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
